Myeong-dong Sundubu jjigae

Do you know jjigae? I can tell you with confidence, all korean like jjigae. There're so many sort of jjigae and each of which has a unique charm. but jjigae is not as popular as other korean foods. I think the main reason is most of all, jjigae is hot and spicy! But if you really want to learn Korean food, I think it's a must-eat food.
'Myeong-dong Sundubu jjigae' is a just common Sundubu jjigae restaurant in Myeong-dong. I think most of all Sundubu jjigae is same each other. But I heard that the restaurant is famous in Korea. Brand 'Myeong-dong Sundubu' is the most representative of Korean Sundubu jjigae.

Anyway, If you decide to eat it, enter and order it! it's relatively inexpensive(maybe 6,000 won).
And then, you can find a host sundubu jjigae, rice in a bowl and kimci. How can we eat it?
Take some(not all) rice out a rock bowl to steinless rice bowl. But be warned, save some rice in the rock bowl as like the photo.
And then, fill the rock bowl with hot water. The water is called 'soong-nyoong'. It's a Korean dessert!
All preparation is complete. Many korean also add a raw egg in the jjigae. But it's just optional. Take a Sundubu jjigae!
